submitted by Johnnie M. - |Recommended: YesMaintenance needs slot of work — Maintenances is probably the worst thing here. over all it’s a nice complex and I would recommend people to live here. Bit back to the maintenance it takes them incredibly way to long for them to come out and fix anything and the on-site maintenances does basically nothing because they always have to have a contractor or someone els come out and fix whatever is broke. For example my sink was leaking and I asked for them to come out and take a look st it and they told me that they will have to call a plumber our hot water tank went out and it took them 3 days to fix it. A hole in the wall soon move it took them 3 months to fix then we were lied to before we even moved in we were looking for a downstairs apartment and we were told that all of sand pine. Was bottom floor and they put us in a upstairs apartment after we signed the lease. So the office people need to be retrained get there facts straight but other than the office and maintenance it’s not a bad place. I like it here.

There is no side walk leading into the apartment so the options are walk on a ledge pressed up against a car or walk through mud. There are never enough parking sports, even though only those with parking passes are supposed to be in the lots, that has yet to be enforced. Overall an unhappy experience and I'm unlikely to recommend to anyone.

We had mold in our apartment and it took 3 whole months for maintenance to fix the problem and replace our carpet. Absolutely terrible management in the office. Very glad they changed the whole office staff recently.

As with any place in Columbus, there are car break ins, so park at your own risk. Neighbors have been friendly, respectful, and cognizant of their noise levels. I even had a neighbor bring me a package that was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. The one complaint I would have is the overall appearance of some of the outside buildings. Siding could use a power wash in some areas and there are potholes that are left unattended in many lots, which end up getting quite deep. All in all, I would live here again and would recommend living here for others interested.
