We love pets here at Brookview Columbus and we accept pets up to 60lbs. For the safety of our residents we do not accept aggressive breed dogs which include Doberman, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier (Pit bulls), German Shepherds, Chow, Bull Mastif, Cane Corso, or any mix of these breeds. Non Refundable Pet Fee: $250 for pets under 35lbs and $350 for pets up to 60lbs Pet Rent: $25/month for small breed pets under 35lbs and $35/month for large breeds up to 60lbs.
